- A customer driven and focused bank, helping communities thrive by providing
liquidity, financial services, technical expertise and support to members.
Provides money to local banks to help supply loans for housing and community
investment that build neighborhoods and strengthen communities. The Home
Loan Bank is wholly owned by its members and receives no taxpayer funding.

Greater Minnesota Housing Fund
- Greater Minnesota Housing Fund (GMHF) was launched in April 1996 in
a joint effort of The McKnight Foundation and Blandin Foundation to address
the urgent need for decent, affordable housing in Greater Minnesota, which
includes the 80 counties outside of the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
The foundations capitalized GMHF in 1996 and in 2000 with a total of $58.5

in Construction Company, LLC:
- A non-profit business formed out of the Women in Construction Training
Project. This business is a licensed contractor and hires women coming
out of the training project. Women who were on TANF or unemployed coming
into the project are now earning between 11-13 dollars and hour plus full
benefits. This company acts as the trainer for new participants coming
into the Women in Construction Training Project and bids on and does construction
